Human Slit Homolog 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Slit2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Slit2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Captured Slit2 is revealed with TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm and the concentration is calculated against a standard curve spanning 78.1-5000 pg/ml, with a reported sensitivity of 24 pg/ml. The complete assay time is 4h 30m.
