Human Slit Homolog 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Slit1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay runs on a pre-coated 96-well microplate and uses a biotinylated anti-Slit1 detection antibody together with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450nm. Sensitivity is reported at 0.064 ng/ml, the standard curve covers 0.156-10 ng/ml, and the full procedure takes 4h 30m. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Spike-and-recovery testing returned average values of 92% in serum (range 82%-102%, n=5), 94% in EDTA plasma (range 91%-98%, n=5) and 93% in heparin plasma (range 86%-101%, n=5). Linearity was demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix).
