Human Slingshot Homolog 1 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Slingshot Homolog 1 (SSH1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses a biotinylated anti-SSH1 detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised using TMB substrate. The colourmetric end-point is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the target concentration is calculated from a standard curve.

Working assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.105 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported spike-and-recovery performance includes serum at 80-102% (average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma at 81-100% (average 90%, n=5), and heparin plasma at 80-89% (average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity data across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions are also provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
