A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CD172 gamma (Signal Regulatory Protein Gamma) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a biotinylated anti-CD172 gamma detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate on a pre-coated microplate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard curve spans 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.057 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and the product is intended for research use only.

Reported recovery values are 91% for serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Linearity was assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with serum recoveries of 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97%; EDTA plasma at 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108%; and heparin plasma at 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91%.

Kit components comprise a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), two vials of lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers. Components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as indicated.
