Human Signal Regulatory Protein Alpha ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Signal Regulatory Protein Alpha (SIRP alpha) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated anti-SIRP alpha detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change read at 450 nm. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, with a quantitative range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Validation data report average recovery for serum (95%, range 89%–101%, n=5), EDTA plasma (96%, range 91%–101%, n=5), and heparin plasma (96%, range 91%–101%, n=5).
