Human Sialic Acid Acetylesterase ELISA Kit

An ELISA kit from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Sialic Acid Acetylesterase (SIAE) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a sandwich ELISA format on a pre-coated microplate, with detection carried out colorimetrically at 450 nm using a microplate reader.

Quantitative performance includes a measuring range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.054 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been validated across serum (mean 91%, range 80–102%), EDTA plasma (mean 90%, range 81–100%), and heparin plasma (mean 84%, range 80–89%) at serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 (n=5 per matrix).

Contents include a pre-coated 96-well microplate supplied as 12 x 8 well strips, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers.
