Human SH3 Domain Binding Glutamic Acid Rich Protein Like Protein ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human SH3 Domain Binding Glutamic Acid Rich Protein Like Protein (SH3BGRL) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and follows a biotinylated anti-SH3BGRL antibody / HRP-avidin / TMB substrate workflow read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
