Human Sex Determining Region Y Box Protein 9 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human SOX9 (Sex Determining Region Y Box Protein 9) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and employs a biotinylated anti-SOX9 detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of 0.113 ng/ml, and a total run time of 4h 30m. Kit components include lyopholized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
