Human Serine/Threonine Kinase 39 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Serine/Threonine Kinase 39 (SPAK) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a sandwich enzyme immunoassay format on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-SPAK detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used for visualisation, and absorbance is read at 450nm in a microplate reader.

The kit has a sensitivity of 0.24 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery averages are 91% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma (n=5). Supplied components include the pre-coated microplate, two vials of lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B (120μl each), 30X wash buffer (20ml), sample dilution buffer (45ml), TMB substrate (9ml), stop solution (6ml), and five adhesive plate sealers. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the standard dilution series runs from 50 ng/ml down to 0.781 ng/ml.
