Human Septin 6 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human SEPT6 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format with a biotinylated anti-SEPT6 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate; signal is generated using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.073 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix) ranged from 80% to 102%, with averages of 91%, 90%, and 84% respectively. Linearity was demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in the same matrices, with values generally falling between 74% and 108%.
