Human Septin 12 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human SEPT12 in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique with an SEPT12-specific antibody pre-coated onto the plate, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-SEPT12 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The TMB substrate reaction is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with sensitivity below 0.064 ng/ml, and the full protocol takes 4h 30m. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Average recovery is 91% in serum (range 83-100%), 94% in EDTA plasma (range 90-98%) and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89-102%), with dilution linearity demonstrated from 1:2 to 1:16.
