Human Semaphorin 3B ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) enables quantitative measurement of human Semaphorin 3B (SEMA3B) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.

The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for SEMA3B. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where the target is captured by the immobilized antibody. A biotinylated anti-SEMA3B detection antibody is added, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm and SEMA3B concentration is determined from the standard curve. The reported sensitivity is <0.59 ng/ml and the assay range is 1.56-100 ng/ml.

Supplied components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilized standard, detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
