Human SEMA3A ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human Semaphorin 3A ELISA Kit is a 4-hour sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Semaphorin 3A in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for Semaphorin 3A with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants, and uses a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate for colorimetric detection at 450 nm on a pre-coated microplate.

In spiked recovery studies (n=10), values spanned 93–105% (average 99%) for serum, 87–102% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma, and 90–102% (average 96%) for heparin plasma. Linearity assessed at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions yielded consistent recovery across the same matrices.

Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer before testing; validated dilution ranges include healthy serum (1:100–1:200) and healthy plasma (1:20–1:100). The kit is shipped at +4°C and components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
