Human Selectin, Endothelium ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com supplies this sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CD62E (Selectin, Endothelium). It is reactive with human samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Quantitative measurement uses a colorimetric readout on a microplate reader at 450 nm. The assay covers a product range of 39–2500 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 14 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery in serum averages 91% (range 80–102%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 90% (range 81–100%, n=5), and in heparin plasma 84% (range 80–89%, n=5).

The 96-well pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) uses a biotinylated anti-CD62E detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised with TMB substrate. Kit components include lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer (30X), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
