Human Secretory Leukocyte Peptidase Inhibitor ELISA Kit

The format uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-SLPI detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The stated sensitivity is <25.8 pg/ml and the assay range is 62.5-4000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.
