Human Secretogranin II ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Chromogranin C/Secretogranin II (SGII) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and relies on colourimetric detection via TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The assay has a stated sensitivity of <0.47 ng/ml and a quantitative range of 1.25–80 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery values are 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma, and 84% in heparin plasma. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as indicated.
