Human Secretoglobin Family 2A, Member 2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Mammaglobin A (Secretoglobin Family 2A, Member 2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and employs a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate for colourmetric readout at 450 nm. The standard curve provides an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.051 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery testing in serum (n=5) yielded 80-102% recovery (average 91%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) 81-101% (average 91%), and in heparin plasma (n=5) 80-89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity was demonstrated at 1:2 to 1:16 across the same sample types.
