Human Secreted Frizzled Related Protein 2 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Secreted Frizzled Related Protein 2 (SFRP2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate: standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-SFRP2 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colourmetric end-point read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Assay type is sandwich (quantitative) with colourmetric detection, an assay time of 4h 30m, and reactivity with human samples. Sensitivity is <0.45 ng/ml and the assay range is 1.25-80 ng/ml. Reported recovery averages are 91% (serum, range 80-102%), 90% (EDTA plasma, range 81-100%), and 84% (heparin plasma, range 80-89%).
