Human S100 Calcium Binding Protein P ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human S100 Calcium Binding Protein P (S100P) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a biotinylated anti-S100P detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate on a pre-coated microplate, with TMB substrate producing a yellow colour read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Standard range is 78.1–5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <28 pg/ml, and total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported mean recovery is 91% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma, and 95% in heparin plasma (n=5 for each), with dilution linearity demonstrated from 1:2 to 1:16.
