Human Ryanodine Receptor 1, Skeletal ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides this sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Ryanodine Receptor in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay is intended for human samples and uses a colourimetric microplate reader as the detection platform.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of <0.27 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/ml. The kit has been validated with serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with reported average recovery values of 91% for serum (range 80%–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%–89%, n=5). Dilution linearity has been assessed across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for each of these sample types.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a biotinylated anti-Ryanodine Receptor detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
