Human RPTOR ELISA Kit

A 4-hour sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative determination of human Raptor in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. Specific for Raptor with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants, the assay uses a pre-coated microplate format with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate for colorimetric detection at 450 nm.

The standard curve covers a product range of 0.313-20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of <0.188 ng/mL. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing; validated dilutions include healthy serum (1:2) and healthy plasma (1:2). Recovery in serum ranges from 86% to 104% (average 96%), in EDTA plasma from 86% to 96% (average 91%), and in heparin plasma from 88% to 101% (average 96%).

Kit components are shipped at +4°C and stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual, with avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles and use prior to the expiration date.
