Human RNA Binding Motif Protein 24 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human RBM24 (RNA Binding Motif Protein 24). The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, with colourmetric detection read at 450 nm using a standard microplate reader, and the full protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Validated sample types include tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed for human samples. The kit reports an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.123 ng/ml. Spiked recovery averages 91% in serum (range 83–100%, n=5), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90–103%, n=5), and 94% in heparin plasma (range 90–99%, n=5). Dilution linearity data across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions are reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
