Human RNA Binding Motif Protein 20 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human RBM20 (RNA Binding Motif Protein 20) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with an antibody specific for RBM20 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells and captured RBM20 is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-RBM20 Antibody, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate visualisation. The enzymatic reaction produces a blue-coloured product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The detection range is 0.312-20 ng/ml and the sensitivity is <0.121 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m and the assay is for human reactivity. Recovery and dilution linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
