Human Ring Finger Protein 39 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-Ring Finger Protein 39 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance includes a product range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.125 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Recovery values are provided for serum (average 91%; range 83%–100%), EDTA plasma (average 94%; range 91%–98%) and heparin plasma (average 94%; range 90%–99%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is reported across the same matrices. Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed.
