Human Ribosomal Protein S6 Kinase Beta 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative measurement of human Ribosomal Protein S6 Kinase Beta 1 (S6K1) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) pre-coated with an antibody specific for S6K1. Captured analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-S6K1 antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.058 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
