Human Ribosomal Protein S6 Kinase Alpha 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative determination of human RSK1 p90 (Ribosomal Protein S6 Kinase Alpha 1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate immobilised with antibody specific for RSK1 p90; bound analyte is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-RSK1 p90 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.117 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery was validated in serum (80–102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81–101%, average 91%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%, n=5), and dilution linearity has been demonstrated from 1:2 to 1:16 across the same sample types.
