Human Ribosomal Protein L13A ELISA Kit

This quantitative sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro measurement of human Ribosomal Protein L13A (RPL13A) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated anti-RPL13A detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The working range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.058 ng/ml, and the complete assay can be performed in 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample recovery values are reported as 83-100% (average 91%) for serum, 91-99% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma and 90-99% (average 94%) for heparin plasma (n=5 in each case). Dilution linearity has been validated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across these sample matrices. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
