Human Ribonuclease H ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human RNase H1/RNH1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. A specific antibody is pre-coated onto the microplate wells; standards and samples are added and any target present is captured. A biotinylated anti-RNase H1/RNH1 antibody is then added, followed by HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.052 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery has been characterised in serum (range 80%-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 81%-101%, average 91%) and heparin plasma (range 80%-89%, average 84%). Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
