Human Riboflavin Kinase ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human RFK (Riboflavin Kinase). The assay is validated for use with tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids, and is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) using a colorimetric format with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Stated performance figures include a sensitivity of 0.27 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/ml. Spiking recovery in serum averaged 91% (range 80%–102%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 90% (range 81%–100%, n=5) and in heparin plasma 84% (range 80%–89%, n=5). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C according to instructions, and the product is intended for research use only — not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
