Human RGN ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human SMP30 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 4-hour procedure uses a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and relies on a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with the enzymatic reaction visualised using TMB substrate read at 450 nm.

Specific for SMP30 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. The standard curve covers 0.313–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of <0.188 ng/mL. Spike-and-recovery performance is reported as 98% average in serum (range 89%–103%, n=10), 95% in EDTA plasma (87%–103%) and 97% in heparin plasma (88%–105%). Validated dilutions include 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 across serum and plasma matrices.
