Human Retinoic Acid Receptor Alpha ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and is read colorimetrically at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader.

Standards cover a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.058 ng/ml, and the full protocol is completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual and must not be used past the indicated expiration date.
