Human Reticulon 4 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Nogo (Reticulon 4) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a biotinylated anti-Nogo detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate and read as optical density at 450 nm, with colour intensity proportional to Nogo concentration in the sample.

Reported sensitivity is 0.058 ng/ml, the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the total run time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery has been evaluated across five samples per matrix, with reported ranges of 80–102% in serum (average 91%), 81–100% in EDTA plasma (average 90%), and 80–89% in heparin plasma (average 84%).
