Human Response Gene To Complement 32 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Response Gene To Complement 32 (RGC-32) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate and uses a biotinylated anti-RGC-32 detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm.

The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.124 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Sample recovery averaged 91% in serum (range 83–100%), 94% in EDTA plasma (range 91–98%) and 94% in heparin plasma (range 90–99%).

Kit components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed, and the kit is intended for use with a colourmetric microplate reader.
