Human Resistin Like Beta ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Resistin Like Beta (RELM beta) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-RELM beta detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is generated using a TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, yielding a quantitative colorimetric readout.

The reported sensitivity is <22.5 pg/ml and the assay range is 62.5-4000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery in serum is 80-102% (average 91%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 81-101% (average 91%, n=5), and in heparin plasma 80-89% (average 84%, n=5). Linearity is reported across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in all three sample types.
