Human Relaxin/Insulin Like Family Peptide Receptor 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Relaxin 3 Receptor 1 (Relaxin/Insulin Like Family Peptide Receptor 3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microtiter plate to capture the target via an immobilized specific antibody, followed by detection with a Biotinylated Anti-Relaxin 3 Receptor 1 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a yellow product whose density is proportional to target concentration, read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance: sensitivity <0.057 ng/ml; assay range 0.156–10 ng/ml; total assay time 4h 30m. Reported sample recovery ranges are 80–102% for serum (average 91%), 81–100% for EDTA plasma (average 90%), and 80–89% for heparin plasma (average 84%), with n=5 per type. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 was 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101%, and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, and 89–91% for heparin plasma.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
