Human Regenerating Islet Derived Protein 1 Beta ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Regenerating Islet Derived Protein 1 Beta (REG1B) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for REG1B, a biotinylated anti-REG1B detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450nm in a microplate reader.

Quantitative performance is reported across a measuring range of 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.059 ng/ml. The full protocol takes 4h 30m. Reported average recoveries in neat samples (n=5) are 91% for serum (range 83-100%), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 90-103%) and 95% for heparin plasma (range 89-102%). Dilution linearity is provided across 1:2 to 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
