Human Reactive Oxygen Species Modulator 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ROMO1 (Reactive Oxygen Species Modulator 1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Reported sensitivity is 0.053 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Average recovery values (n=5) are 91% for serum (range 80%–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%–89%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 is also reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 each).
