Human RAR Related Orphan Receptor Gamma ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ROR gamma (RAR Related Orphan Receptor Gamma). The assay is suitable for use with tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. An antibody specific for ROR gamma is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate, and detection is performed using a biotinylated anti-ROR gamma antibody followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The colourimetric reaction is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <0.071 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery values in serum range from 80–102% (average 91%, n=5), in EDTA plasma from 81–100% (average 90%, n=5), and in heparin plasma from 80–89% (average 84%, n=5).
