Human RAD54 Like Protein 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ARIP4, also known as RAD54 Like Protein 2, in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich immunoassay technique using a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate, a biotinylated anti-ARIP4 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate solution. The resulting colour is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the absorbance is proportional to the concentration of ARIP4 present in each well.

Reported sensitivity is 0.105 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4h 30m. Indicated sample types include tissue homogenates and cell lysates, with additional information provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
