Human RAD23 Homolog B ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human hHR23b (also known as RAD23 Homolog B) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate format configured as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-hHR23b detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Captured analyte is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a blue product that changes to yellow after addition of the acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader and the concentration is calculated by reference to a standard curve.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.052 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. In spike-and-recovery testing, average recoveries of 91% (serum), 95% (EDTA plasma) and 94% (heparin plasma) have been reported, with acceptable parallelism demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions of these sample types. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
