Human RAB37, Member RAS Oncogene Family ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human RAB37 in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for RAB37, combined with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Quantitative performance specifications include an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.095 ng/ml. Reported recovery averages across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma fall between 91% and 94%. The kit is suitable for use with tissue homogenates and is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
