Human RAB14 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this 4-hour sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human RAB14 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is performed on a pre-coated microplate using a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate with TMB substrate, producing a colorimetric signal measured at 450 nm.

The assay has a standard range of 0.781-50 ng/mL and a sensitivity of <0.469 ng/mL. Cross-reactivity studies indicate specificity for RAB14 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Spike-and-recovery testing gave averages of 98% (range 89-104%, n=10) in serum, 93% (range 85-97%, n=10) in EDTA plasma, and 96% (range 89-104%, n=10) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity was demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.

The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual. RAB14 is also known by the synonym Ras-related protein Rab-14.
