Human R-Spondin 3 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative determination of human R-Spondin 3 (RSPO3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with the intensity of the yellow colour produced after TMB substrate addition being proportional to the amount of RSPO3 captured in each well.

The reported assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.116 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery has been characterised in serum (range 80%-102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (range 80%-89%, average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity has been examined at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101%, 92-97%), EDTA plasma (90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101%, 79-108%) and heparin plasma (84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105%, 89-91%).

Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the expiration date. The workflow uses a biotinylated anti-RSPO3 detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution generating the colour change.
