Human R-Spondin 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human R-Spondin 1 (RSPO1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated anti-RSPO1 antibody, followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 5.8 pg/ml (also stated as <5.8 pg/ml) and an assay range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Recovery data (n=5) show 80-102% in serum (average 91%), 81-100% in EDTA plasma (average 90%), and 80-89% in heparin plasma (average 84%). Dilution linearity is also reported for 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
