Human Quiescin Q6 Sulfhydryl Oxidase 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com for laboratory research use, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Quiescin Q6 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids [S1]. The 96-well microtiter plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for Quiescin Q6, and captured analyte is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Quiescin Q6 Antibody followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader [S1].

The assay has a working range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.116 ng/ml [S1]. Total run time is approximately 4h 30m, with kit components stored at either +4°C or -20°C as instructed [S1]. Reported recovery across five replicates was an average of 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%) [S1]. Dilution linearity data at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma are also provided [S1].
