Human Puromycin Sensitive Aminopeptidase ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate and is read colorimetrically at 450 nm, using a biotinylated anti-NPEPPS detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate.

The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.118 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported overall recovery values were 80–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma, with linearity data provided for serial dilutions of each sample type.
