Human Pulmonary Activation Regulated Chemokine ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CCL18 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, or other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples and runs on a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format, using a biotinylated anti-CCL18 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Stated product range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 30 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. In spiked recovery testing (n=5), average recovery values were 91% for serum (range 80%-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%-89%).
