Human PSG11 ELISA Kit

A 4-hour sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human PSG11 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for PSG11; following sample incubation, a biotinylated detection antibody is added, followed by HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The standard curve covers 0.781-50 ng/mL with a sensitivity of <0.469 ng/mL, and the antibody is specific for PSG11 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Validated sample dilutions include healthy serum at 1:2 and healthy serum (pregnancy) at 1:20-1:100. Recovery values across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma ranged from 80% to 105% at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8.

The kit is shipped at +4°C. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
