Human PROZ ELISA Kit

A quantitative sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro determination of human Vitamin K-dependent Protein Z in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The Human Vitamin K-dependent Protein Z ELISA Kit is specific for its target, and no cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants has been reported.

The pre-coated microplate is supplied as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and samples are added; the analyte binds to the immobilized capture antibody and a biotinylated detection antibody is added to form an antibody–antigen–antibody sandwich. After washing, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate produce a blue colour that turns yellow on addition of stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm and is directly proportional to analyte concentration.

Total assay time is 4 hours. Validated sample dilutions include healthy plasma at 1:2–1:10 and HepG2 cell culture supernatants used undiluted. Detection is colorimetric on a standard microplate reader. Kit components are shipped at +4°C and stored at +4°C or −20°C. The kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard (2 vials), sample dilution buffer (20 ml), biotinylated detection antibody (120 µl), antibody dilution buffer (10 ml), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (120 µl), SABC dilution buffer (10 ml), TMB substrate (10 ml), stop solution (10 ml), wash buffer 25X (30 ml), plate sealers, and a foil pouch.
