Human Protocadherin Gamma A2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Protocadherin gamma A2 in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well plate pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target. Standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Concentration of Protocadherin gamma A2 is calculated from the standard curve.
